I know you said a husky but have you thought about a rescue Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
There are currently quite a few awaiting there forever homes in rescue and they are a fab people/kid breed.They love people.
I know rescue have had a few younger ones in recently,4/5 months old.

I agree that rescue may be the way to go. Have you included the cost of insurance? as vet fees are expensive and you could find you need to find much more than £150 - please do get insurance. In addition, have you thought of neutering costs as these could easily be around £150. If you get an older rescue, you may well find them already neutered, or you may get help with the neutering costs.

you could pm raindog on this forum, they have rehomed many rescues through SHWA. (siberian husky welfare association). But you will be vetted thoroughly.
