I have gone as far as I can without going to court to get my money back...Consumer Direct will advise Trading Standards of my case but wont tell me if there are any other cases they are aware of.

The more of us who contact C/Direct on 08454040506......the more they will consider taking action through Trading Standards.

Perhaps we should all club together and take this guy to court as one body and then it wouldn't cost us so much.

All I know is....I have had enough....I give in

Hi there,re above kennel shop warning,this guy,Richard D Hill,owner of above can now be located at,Bron Fymmy,Station road,LLanymynech.Wales SY22 6LG,tel 01691 831518,this was his last known address as of Tues this week.I hope you and all others catches up with this guy,his google page was closed last week by his administrator,who has had difficulty contacting him as well. I have had a bad experience with same guy, similar to all others complaining about him,howver my police friends furnished me with above info,so go for it. good luck, I am led to understand he is STILL trading. With regards to Kennel shop,all who have, and are having a bad time with this so called businessman, I have had same problem as you,however,with my police contacts, I am informed that up to last Tues his last known address is now, Mr,Richard D Hill, Bron Fymmy, Llaynymynech.Wales.SY22 6LG tel., 01691 83518. Due to my persistance,I received a Nationwide cheque for full ammount owed this morning.I will present it to my bank Mon am,however I will be amazed if it clears. Will let you all know. Isnt it a shame people like him still are in business ripping people off. The reason his google page advert has now been removed is that his administrator removed it as he has had problems trying to contact him. I hope you are all successful in getting your monies back,or at least reporting him to Trading Standards,or police,in closing this person down from trading,(or non trading would be more apt.) Hi,re above,I have today emailed Monmouthshire Trading Standards Office about Mr Richard Hill,trading as above with his last known address and tel number,(different from what was on his google ad)outlining his trading practices,perhaps you would consider the same,thir address is, tradingstandards@monmouthshire.gov.uk, and hopefully all the others that have been ripped off will do the same,I see there are many many disgruntled people having experienced Mr Hill,s tactics of taking money,not sending the goods,nor answering tel calls or emails. Its about time this guy was investigated,as I am informed his frauds amount to many thousands of pounds.He was even at Crufts this w/e,doing the same practices,and was approached by several digruntled customers that got nowhere.His tactics is to say he is not the owner of the Kennel shop,gives out a false tel number for people to contact,and most people found him very intimidating. What a hero,he is, eh .? I hope you consider notifying trading standards,the more of us that do,will,hopefully close this person down,as I see no way that your going to get your money or goods returned.This type,in my experience have no conscious.Good luck.

I am led to believe he had a stall at Crufts and was approached by some of our disgruntled members, stated he didnt own company,and when asked for a contact number gave out a non listed false number.I have informed some of our members of this piece of human flotsams latest address and tel number,and also advised them to contact Monmouthshire Trading Standards,the more complaints the better chance we have of this conman noncommitting more fraud.Dont you agree?.

I have forwarded them his email confirming my order and complained to the above trading standards, I do hope everyone else does the same.
I've also heard from a trader that he charges VAT but doesn't give them a receipt so they can claim it back, so maybe the Taxman needs to look into his business.
