It's 100% brand new, with the tags still attached. I bought it a couple of weeks ago and I ummed and ahhed about keeping it as I get SO filthy on Alfie's walks I knew it would be manky and ruined within days I've decided it's not worth it but it's too late to return it now

I'd really like to get most of my money back (I paid £3.00 p&p) so I'd like to sell it for £11.00 but I'll throw in the p&p for that too
