Re: Homemade Liver Cake

I'm not talking to you ever again

Bumbles liver cake came and he instantly ran off with the bag, then he wouldn't let me catch him to take it off him....then he kept scrabbling at me to open it, then when I did and he had a piece (and you know bumby - he's FUSSY) which lasted under a second, he sniffed where the bag had landed on the door mat....and is now asleep there

He says if I don't buy more he'll move out and find someone who will

Re: Homemade Liver Cake

Got the liver cake today and all three doggies love it, Even fussy Holly who usually turns her nose up at treats. As they love it so much I'm going to only let them have it on training sessions & will buy more in the future. Thank you

Thats fantastic guys thank you very much for your positive feedback

Did the packages arrive okay, was the liver cake still intact and not too crumbly?

Thanks again for your custom

Re: Homemade Liver Cake

I'm thinking of getting some of this for Kenz but just want to ask how small the pieces are? She's only a little dog so for training I'm really after something not bigger than 1cm square, or even smaller!

I cut them down pretty small as I like to use tiny training pieces.
I would say under 1cm square most pieces.
They main difficulty is im worried if I send them too small they will completely get crushed in transit. Thats why ive asked the others what they arrived like.

The bits are easily tearable in your hands as well

Re: Homemade Liver Cake

There was a few crumbled up pieces but most were ok. The crumbs have been sprinkled onto their main meal so there is no waste. The majority of the pieces were fine

Re: Homemade Liver Cake

Sounds great I think I might just wait until Kenzie's tummy sorts itself out and then I'll be getting some!

They'd be fine for Kenz, I took them to agility today for Bumby and his mouth is silly size
