I agree with the previous posts, a walk of about 15-20 minutes you will find is enough at this stage.

Be prepared to carry your dog.

OK I will stick with the walking, I thought that would be the general rule on this anyway. It's a bit of a shame but at least I will be very fit, he could probably run faster than me anyway and would show me up He is having two 15-20 minute walks a day, I dont think I will ever have to carry him he has lots of energy and even after his walk is still wanting to play on!!!
