"WARNING PLEASE READ!!! Beyond this gate there is a dog. I am not going to tell you what breed of dog but just take into account it is nonetheless "A DOG". I hop eby reading this that you accept why I am making you read this. I don't want my dog to be taken from me due to your actions. I am sure you can appreciate my concern for the safety of everyone involved.

If you have read this rather long notice it will have given you plenty of time to consider the reason why you are entering the premises in the first place and will hopefully have come to conclusion of accepting 2 or 3 from the above.

If you put that on your gate, fence and various other places so it was easy to see even in street light or house light, written big in bold font I am pretty sure nobody would be coming in without asking first.
