Angry Puppy Pens/Runs for the garden or indoors

I won an ebay auction a couple of weeks ago for a Puppy Pen for £40. I am having to find another one now because they aren't bothering to send me it... even though they have had £40 of my money for 2 weeks.
So basically I am looking for the same sort of pen. It has 8 panels, each panel is 60cm wide and 120cm high with a little door in one of the panels. Here is a picture, a bit small but that's all I could get:

Does anyone know anywhere where I could get one from?
I've done a search and they are either too small (not high enough) or not wide enough lol.

I still haven't received it... and I am having a few problems with the seller (they are an ebay shop). They aren't replying to emails. So in the end last week I phoned them, they told me my item still hadn't been dispatched 8 days after I paid them (I was meant to receive it within 1 - 3 days after paying) and they would send it out the next day on 24hr delivery, that was last Thursday and guess what I still haven't got it. I checked my ebay today and they have left ebay! and are no longer a registered user! so I've been ringing them for the past 2 hours and it's constantly engaged, I got through and the guy on the other end was no help at all, he didn't even ask my name, ebay ID or anything so how the hell is he going to know what or where my item is. I got given another number to call, apparently to the person who deals with their parcels, someone answered and said "oh the person you need isn't around at the moment". So yeah, I doubt I will ever see my puppy pen or my money again ( I am so p*ssed off. They've had so many neg feedbacks in the past 14 days about people not getting their items, they're basically stealing peoples money and have now buggered off!

I need this pen for little Foxy, so she can have time in the garden without me constantly keeping my eye on her and so she can have time without eating stones and things she shouldn't. It can also be used indoors.

Thanks.

Kennelshop... this is the first bad experience I've had on ebay, in the 2 and a half+ years that I've used it. I feel so angry that they have conned me. I feel like ringing them up and just asking for my money back, but I think that wont happen. They seem so preoccupied that when you hang up the phone they completely forget what you just asked/said to them on the phone!
He was meant to call me back earlier and he didn't so I called him back.

I could do, but I'm not really looking to spend anymore than £40... as I've already lost my original £40!

I may as well have just chucked it down the loo

I am so sorry I warned someone on here recently about Kennelshop they are well known for it report them to e bay and trading standards and tell them so they do the champ shows and quite honestly if I cant take it home from there I dont buy off him.

Keep pestering and tell him that you are phoning e bay and trading standards do you have an address for them if not I can get it for you.

He makes me mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your info!!!! wish I had known earlier though! Oh my god this is rather shocking.

I filed a paypal/ebay dispute on Monday, and he hasn't even replied to that, he is no longer on ebay anyway... so I don't know where I stand now really.

I am going to phone him back in a few mins to request a refund. I have a feeling he will say yes ok, but as soon as he puts the phone down he wont bother sorting it... and I'll be phoning him back again next week with still no refund!

I also don't have the address...

I might just do that!
I left negative feedback on Monday. He replied on his feedback page saying "Posted out Friday = delivery Monday NOT SATURDAY STOP LEAVING NEGS... even though the lady on the phone told me I would receive it on Saturday and I find out today it still hasn't even been distpatched. It's rather pathetic really. All they keep saying is... "we're so busy will be back on track soon" or "we've been busy at dog shows" yet they don't take any time to email their paying customers to explain this. They do not communicate with us whatsoever.

I have found another similar pen on ebay, but to be honest I really would rather my money back first before I make another purchase on ebay hehe
