I stroked a rottie earlier!

I've always liked small lap dogs cos big dogs always frightened me a bit. But out walking earlier a man stopped to have a natter with a rottie and I stroked her.

I'm hooked, those little tan coloured dimples by the eyebrows.

I want one! She was gorgeous

Re: I stroked a rottie earlier!

Rotties are amazing!! All those who are against them simply do not deserve the kind of affection you get from one of these dogs

My OH isn't keen on them but i'm slowly winning him around he prefers smaller ones with full tails, although I like them more like big soppy chunky bears!!

Springer, some of those pics are great - they've nearly got a smile as wide as a staffy smile! (no other breed can beat a staffy smile though )

I've decided that one day, I'm going to be a rottie mummy. But it's going to be a rescue one, I can't imagine those big huge puppy teeth chewing my kitchen cupboards off

My niece had one and didn't bother with crating. Low and behold it ripped everybit of skirting board off in the house one day when they went out

Stupid dog owners that is, not the pup!

Re: I stroked a rottie earlier!

I nearly got a rottie or rottie x gsd. But my mum and dad told me nowdays that they aren't the same as they used to be. So I decided not to get one, but I'm sure I will someday. But for some reason I only want a full tail rottie, not one docked, to me they look better :/ Dunno why.
