He's Home

At long last Barney is finally home, with the vet bill;

He's doing very well now and currently asleep, poor boy looks like he's been in a war with a shaver though, patches here and there.

Here's a video;

YouTube - Barney's Home

I'm so relived to finally have him home where he belongs. We have to visit the vets on Monday for a checkup but he's on soft food for now and the cause of it all was plastic reopening the old scar inside causing it to twist and open up.

Please beware of what your dog eats, barney will now be muzzled on walks when off leash (when he's better as currently he's only allowed 5 minute walks).

Thanks for all the support guys and if anyone would like to donate please contact me. I also had a get well better card for him this morning from my neighbors so that was quite sweet.

Re: He's Home

OMG!!! That vets bill is unbelievable. But as i type this they have saved his life so that is brilliant.

The video is lovely and he is so feeling sorry for himself his eyes just give it away.

Give him a big hug and kiss from me.

He looks exactly like my "roy" who was sadly PTS at the age of 4 because of poisoning.

Re: He's Home

That's a long bill.
Good of them to let you pay in instalments.

Glad he's home - that's the important thing.

He looks so sad Bless him, wagging his tail.

Re: He's Home

This is a perfect example of why insurance is so important.

I hope he feels better soon.

Re: He's Home

That vet bill is MASSIVE, but the most important thing is that Barney is safe at home
