I have not posted in this section before so here goes!

Having recently finished Puppy Walking my third Guide Dog Puppy I have now decided its time to get a puppy that will be ours forever. Having thought long and hard about a breed I have come to the conclusion a Border Terrier is the perfect choice.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good breeder? I am not in any rush- happy to wait for the right pup from an ethical breeder.

wonderful little dogs are borders, i've got 2 girls Poppy and Meg and they are a delight, but also a typical terrier. If you Pm me i will put you in contact will some breeders who may have some pups in the future, depends on which area you live, or if you are willing to travel a little way for a pup.

I must agree, consider a rescue before buying. There are so many loving dogs looking for the right home. Its not a nice thought thinking of all the dogs (and other animals) in kennels, or worse! xx

ahhh well done on the puppy walking. My parents used to do this when I was younger. We had 5 dogs in total. 3 qualified, 1 was used as a stud, and 1 was a brood bitch.
