Re: Ooooh! Makes my blood boil!

Good on you Val. You're right some people don't deserve animals.

I think the windows would have been through if I'd have seen that on a day like today, never mind the bleeding police.

Perhaps you might like a word with her about leaving her dogs in the car on a hot day

Re: Ooooh! Makes my blood boil!

Speaking of which I reported a trailer today with a couple of dogs in it...Mals too...so hot and they are so hairy - We had been sat for ages in our car - grabbing a cuppa and something to eat before setting back home - poor things had been in that nearly an hour to our knowledge - they were crying and barking and banging on the sides of the trailer - fair does they are Mals ( Expect a bit of noise etc ) BUT on a hot day like today in a bloody dog trailer!!!!!!
Have some people got no common sense??????????

I only really see her when she is driving past nowadays but if it is who i think it is it will be very very strange of her to do it cause she is quite well known with her dogs. If i find out it is though i most certainly will have words if and when i next speak to her

Re: Ooooh! Makes my blood boil!

Well done. This makes me sooo angry, I can't believe that people don't know how dangerous it is to leave dogs in cars, there is enough information out there!
We go to a lot of shows and fairs, and there is one steam ralley and every year without fail, some idiot leaves a dog in a car and they have to put out anouncment after anouncment for the owner. What I don't understand is that dog are allowed into the show so WHY!???!!!
Right rant over!

I went to the security officer and asked him to put a call out for the owner - and he said he couldn't because it was nothing to do with him. I pointed out that if he didn't do something the dogs would be dead within a very short time, but he was shaking his head and giving me a blank stare until another chap joined in in support. When I got my phone out to call the RSPCA, he decided that he could put the call out after all.

A woman came eventually, spewing forth abuse about nosy people with nothing better to do than interfere in other people's business (well, that was the drift, but the language was a lot more colourful) and that she knew how to look after her dogs without nosy b.......s like me interfering. I told her that her dogs would have died if left much longer, and that I had a note of her registration and would inform the RSPCA if ever |I saw dogs left in her car again.

OOOOH! WHY are people like that allowed to have dogs?
i can leave my dogs in the car with the windows up on a hot day if they get to hot they can allways put the air con on
