Chihuahua price?
Theres one for sale in my local paper today its 15mths old and they are asking £100 for it, seems a bit cheap to me, dont they sell for 8 or 900 as pups?

They usually do go for 900 as pups, but that also should come with full health testing on parents, breeder support and health guarantees, registration (KC, not DLR) etc.
This may be a problem pup they are just trying to get rid of, or it could be a genuine rehome...

Some papers will advertise for free if you are offering for sale under £100, like our paper does, so could be a scam, if they live close to you why not phone them and ask Why So cheap, What is the matter with it, What do it come with, Have it had innoculations worming treatment etc. and how long have they had it for and why are they selling it. UNLESS they are being evicted form their house quickly and need it to go, sounds wierd to me though.

i still say scam
 even if they had to pay for the advert, the amount of people they are hoping will send them the money for the dog ( which probably never exists) will more than cover the cost of the advert? might be wrong though but have yet to see a 15 month old chi for £100 no matter what
