Re: pooooooo !!

I agree with pretty much what has been said - you should be aiming to take her outside after every meal and at least once an hour during the day. And lots of praise and rewards when she gets it right and goes outside.

Re night-time - my two were both in crates at night as puppies, small enough to just have their bed in. As dogs won't generally soil their bed (unless they're ill) they either hold it or tell you they need to go out. With Freddie he never once woke us up in the night, but as soon as he knew we were awake (they sleep in our room) he would wimper and we would take him outside straight away. And we got him at 8 weeks. Darcey who we got at 6 weeks probably woke us up a couple of times a week for the first few weeks but very quickly would sleep through. We may just have been lucky but I do advocate crate training as it has worked really well for us.

Re: pooooooo !!

I'm also having problems with Milo pooing in the night, early hours in the morning. One morning he ate it, then chucked it back up all over the cream carpet, but luckily washing up liquid got it out

But I think I'm slowly getting rid of the midnight turds by feeding him early rather then late, say 5pm or 6pm last feed.

Re: pooooooo !!

See i told you.

Keep it up make sure you take her out as regularly as you can - every 20-30 mins should be good. Also after every nap and every feed and after a bit of play or training.

Well done.

Re: pooooooo !!

Best thing to help with her toilet training is if she came to live with me for ooooh say about a couple of weeks so that Henrick can show her what to do, honest I will give her back. Really though the best thing I ever did was throw away the pads and read the book that ad_1980 suggested its worth its weight in gold.
