Okay folks after a nights sleep of tossing and turning,,,Basil is not coming to live with us.

We might live to regret the decision but:

1. Before the phone call 12 noon Friday we were planning on a young pup summer time
2. We know young pups are hard work regarding house training and mouthing, training and all that

BUT

1. I love pups and seeing how sweet they are and watching them grow
2. I probably wont have this opportunity again until I am a lot older so want to make the most of it
3. Kids will love it and enjoy watching pup develop and grow
4. I can socialise pup in my house, with different kids etc etc

So continue to watch this space LOL

I think you have done the right thing, if something was holding you back from getting him then you know that he's not your dog! don't regret - lifes to short and in the summer you get the bouncy little bundle you were planning on!
