The vocalness im not to worryed about its the toilet i have the major issue with

Ok, he's still a baby. He's not going to get 'toilet training' right in the head until he's prob about 6 months old or a bit older.

Do you let him out of the house before you leave? Leave him out there for a bit until you know hes done his business and then let him in and put him in his crate. If you come home to a clean pup, lots of praise
