When you return do you let him out while he's still barking/whinning or wait until he settles down?

don't worry honey you arent the only puppy owner who's dealt with SA Let me reassure you on that one. You should read the over 2 page long thread i posted on mika when he was a baby

How the hell do i tell Mika to shut up in a nice way of course lol!

Let me tell you i was just as distressed and as anxious as you. But don't worry just be patient do everything you're doing, seek help from your puppy trainer, and everything willl be ok. What breed do you have if you don't mind me asking?

Ooooo, they can be quite vocal at the best of times.

You sound like you are doing the right things. It may just be time thats needed.

I would suggest you try popping him in his crate whilst you are around, even in the same room. Only let him out when he's quiet.

I know had hard it is. Oscar used to scream the house down for the first month or so i had him.
