First collars, u can also use a perminent marker n write on a fabric one.
Tag...ur contact number n ur vets cintact number also if hes microchipped mention that.
dont put address on as if dodgy person finds ur dog they could think its an oppertunity to go to ur house n nik stuff!

Good Idea i didnt think that - so could i put my inital and surname then contact number then vets.

I looked into the information needed recently. Legally the owner's name and address must be on the tag. Anything else is optional. Dog Identification Tags - The Kennel Club
