girl or boy

Morning to you all! I would welcome some advice from anyone with an opinion. My lovely golden boy will be 2years old this summer and I am planning to get a new puppy, differant breed similar size. I have been advised not to get another male because the may fight. Wot do you think?

Hi.
To be on the safe side you'd be better off with a bitch but 2 males can live happily together. It just depends if you want to take the risk. I think if you was to go for another male then you should have them both nuetered as this will help.

Sounds like they are all very laid back, what ages are they?
they have varied in ages from 6 months to 12 years with 2 in the middle of them!!! And yes a true golden temperament should be like that - we used to travel wiyh friends who also had 2 males and ours used to share with them.

at the shows we sometimes have 5 or 6 males all sharing the same floor space
