Not only do the council provide poo bins every 100 yards or so they actually provide poo bags so there is absolutely no excuse!!!
I have now started picking up any dog poo which I see and disposing of it properly. Why the hell should I? It makes me so angry. If I do ever catch anyone leaving a poo I walk up to them and offer them a poo bag in a loud voice so people hear nearby. I've not yet had anyone refuse, they have just gone red and picked it up. Call me rude but I do have a good reason, Poppy loves to roll in poo, mostly fox/horse/human but the occasional dog poo gets rolled in so I have to take her home and bath her which puts me at huge risk as I do not have a proper immune system so I could catch all sorts including toxoplasmosis which can be fatal.
Also, what if a child touches it~? in any case it's just bad manners!!
I really hate it!!! I pick up all of the girls poo, the only times I haven't is when the disappear off into hip high grass where I can't find it!
My friends brother is a dog warden who told me that if you see a person leaving their dogs poo and you follow them back to their car/house they will be prosecuted!
Am I alone in this? does it bother anyone as much as it does me? grrrr nonod: nonod: nonod::m ad:

I agree with everything you've said here. But i tell you something though... there is only one bin in the whole park!!!!! I do wish the council would do more for us dog walkers NOt to say i don't pick up poop because i do..i just wish things would be a little easier sometimes.
