You would be lucky to even get there, you can't legally own one unless it is proven it's no danger but then in total honesty more people are worrying about "pittbulls" than anything else

I see vids of them in the uk all over youtube, so it's apparent DDA doesn't work. I would love a pit myself but i'd be too afraid to risk it, I couldn't bare to fall in love with a dog only to risk having it taken away from me.

You're best luck is to move abroad to somewhere where they are legal

I know someone (not in the UK) who owns and uses Dogo's for hunting. They dont make good pets at all.

There are plenty of breeds out there, im sure you can find a legal and more suitable one.

I know a lady show judge who lives in America, we talk on messenger she's been bitten in the ring a few times by Dogo's, said they are such a hard breed, she herself owns Fila Braziliero. Also extremely difficult dogs.

If your a big dog person, you could look at the Anatolian Shepherd, I considered getting one of these, but I'm not experienced enough yet.
