That sounds like a good place! Might ask you for some details if we ever have a holiday

Re: Dog Friendly South Devon Holiday Help!

Last year we stayed on a caravan site in Cornwall a bit further down than where you wanted but it is a lovely site so thought I would mention it. Just outside St Austell a company called surf Bay Holidays. Had farm animals etc and nice areas for walking the dog and loads of places nearby to visit, like the Eden project 5 mins up the road.

Wasn't dear either we went October half term last year 4 of us and the dog for £150 and the caravan was well equipped and not bad ( I think cos u have a dog u get the lower end of standard)

Hope you find somewhere and have a good holiday!

I, lll be able to tell you all about it but were not going till last week in August lol , The place is called Sir johns hill farm its in a place called Laugharne its pronounced Larn . The largest accomodation is a converted stables it sleeps 5 and there is a smaller cottage that sleeps 2 but both have no restrictions as to how many dogs. the web site is quite good worth a look apparently the stables has had a re furb so the pictures are of the old decor . I looked the other day and there are still weeks available but summer school hols pretty much booked . I guess its the sort of place people go bak to year on year .

Re: Dog Friendly South Devon Holiday Help!

Thanks again for your replies - the Lake District Cottages look lovely - if we don't go to Devon these look ideal, especially as our son is due a week away with Boys Brigade! We could have a break with our dog and her pup!
