Re: Sox pooing in the night...why

Vets dont know much about breeding! And you dont know what the sire is so how can they say there going to be no problem! The dog could be massive or a breed with a wide head how will sock give birth to that naturally the answer it she wont and will need a C-section so you better start saving because they cost around £1000 down here

Also i know it must be dreaful the thought of the mismate jab but think of the welfare of the poor puppies and the actual dog herself.

Re: Sox pooing in the night...why

Maybe out of reach locks, bolts and padlocks even would be a good investment!

Look, I said it in my first post and then got attacked for saying it.

Never leave an in season bitch unsupervised even in the garden - full stop. It's not always a case of getting out, a dog will climb in if it is keen enough, so it could happen in your own garden, and tbh, trying to explain to a 3 and 4 year old and hope they following your instructions is not enough.

I don't even trust some adults after I've given them instruction, much less a 3 and 4 year old, with my bitch in season. When she goes out into the garden while in season I am with her ALL the time she is out there. When I come in, she comes in... if I am not there, then only people I trust to be responsible let her out into the garden and they stay out with her until she comes in.

Anyone who cannot do that should get their bitch spayed.
