Will he become more like a husky or stay dark like a GSD ? And how big will he grow, i know every dog is different but will he be as big as a GSD or more like a Husky??

This is the problem with some crossbreeds, there is no knowing what breed traits they will get when they reach maturity.

Wow cute pup.

Welcome to the forum. Looks like you are about to have your hands full.

I always recommend (as do a few of us on here) The Perfect Puppy by Gwen Bailey as a great "bible". You can get it on Amazon.

Prepare to have your life invaded by a small hairy terrorist

If there was anything specific you wanted advice on just ask there are a few Husky and Sheperd owners on here and the rest of us with various hounds

Re: New Dog GSD x Husky

The owner said Huskys are very boisterous (if thats how you spell it), and german shepherds are very loyal (i know that), So does that mean having a cross with a GSD that he will be less boisterous?

Re: New Dog GSD x Husky

With crossbreeds theres no way to know what characteristics they're going to take from their parents but he definately looks more gsd to me. He could be either size or somewhere in the middle I doubt he'll change colour though. You won't know his personality either until he's grown up but I would prefer the gsd personality.

I hope you have the time and patience for this breed, they need a lot of work but they are so worth it
