Dog Fowling in Public Places!

It really annoy's me when I see anyone letting there dog "toilet" on footpaths and public grounds and NOT get it up! The worst of it is they know your watching them! Should we say anything to them or let them get away with it?

HOPE THATS EASIER LOL.

IVE ACTUALLY GOT AN EXTENDABLE LEAD WITH A TORCH AND A ROLL OF POO BAGS IN THE HANDLE LOL. I NEVER GO OUT WITHOUT!

Re: Dog Fowling in Public Places!

OK ive got meself a magnify glass and i read ya post.

my dogs s**t on footpaths and they do it in the middle of the road, i will add i do pick it up if i remember to take s**t bags, which makes me bloody heave.

as for dobbing i some1 that lets there dogs s**t on pathways...nah, unless it was outside my doorway then ild have sommink to say about it.
but whats the point in telling them???? it could turn out violent and that aint worth the hastle for a piece of kack on the ground.

Its a on the spot fine to let dogs mutta on the ground but has it stopped people letting there dogs do it??? nope.
and i sure aint gonna confront some1 over a bit of kack.

Re: Dog Fowling in Public Places!

It really winds me up to see dog sh*t on the street. I have young kids and I dont want them standing or falling in it. I would be embarrassed not to pick up my dogs crap!! So if I saw someone I would have a go. I once grabbed a bloke by his throat for farting in a lift and walking out of it as me and my girlfriend were walking in. He was laughing and I had our youngest child was in a pram back then and we had waited ages for the lift... I just saw red!!! - so I would definately say soomethin bout the dog poo

Re: Dog Fowling in Public Places!

I saw someone let their dog sh** up the drive of my sons school the other day. I made sure she see me watching but she just waited for it to finnish and carried on walking. Its on the school grounds where all the kids walk.
I couldnt get into a row though as ive already been banned from the place once

I just ask them politely 'have you got a bag or would you like one?' it usually does the trick!!!!

Always have poo bags on me whether I have the dogs or not!

Dont you just find you end up with poop bags in every pocket of every jacket that you own LOL!! Ive even found them in the pockets of my 'posh' going out jacket

I always scoop the poop....in fact with 8 dogs i spend most of the walk picking up poo! I have never confronted anyone...yet. but there certainly are a large number of people in our town who leave their dog's mess, in fact i dont walk our dogs in the playing field next to our house as its horrendous and you can guarantee either the kids, myself or even the dogs will stand in a pile

Its the ones who look innocently around pretending not to see it that make me mad .

Re: Dog Fowling in Public Places!

Luckily 99% of the time Milo goes right into the woods to do his business and if he's on the lead he won't go at all!

If he goes on the park, a field, footpath or near a footpath I do pick it up but that barely ever happens.

I always carry poo bags with me.

When I'm walking other dogs I let them out on their own garden before we go to try and avoid them going while we are out but if they do go I'll always pick it up, unless they do Milo's trick of disappearing into the woods.
