Ok, go to TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting and upload ur pic- choose what size u want it before upload (usually the 640 or whatever size it is)

then copy the link that starts [IMG} and paste it in here

Ok do you have your pics saved on the computer? Go to either photobucket.com or the other photo place somene was telling you to go to, and upload your pics in there. Then once there uploaded there should be a link code startng with IMG that you can copy. Copy that and then paste it in here. done
