collie's foxy ears

my 5mth old tri coloured border collie has very very fox like ears!! Is there a chance they will droop or is that it -they will always be like that??

I think theres still time for them to drop but you could try weighting the tip with a bit of blue tac

some ears do stay fox like but as she grows they won't look so big just love her my BC has one ear that looks like someone put it on the side of his head by mistake. So when he does that appealing look he wins hands down.

I was really surprised at those websites. Can't believe people would do that to their ears. As much as i would prefer tipped ears i will accept whatever she has. Is it done for showing purposes??

Yes, it was rather odd but I'm pleased it causes no major harm to the dog unlike cropping. I have no idea, this is the first time I have heard about it.
