Problem solved the puppy we saw was exactly like that one the eyes were the same which drew my attention straight away very pale/pink around the eyes. thanks again

Yes they are very graceful when you seen them walking - just slimmer than ess's but still as eager to get into trouble. They are gorgeous lookers if you ever see one, id love to have one - no mistaking them at all! (if you know ess's that is)

I saw one this spaniel today, it was so big, and had rather small ears, I asked if it was a red-and-white-setter cross, the owner said no, a working cocker, both its parents were smaller, and when they had been bred together for a previous litter, those were unusually big as well. It was easily as big as a springer, light of build, mainly white with orange patches. It was a very handsome dog.
