when i spoke to the police, i rang our local copper, and he said he will deal with it very seriously as he is a massive dog lover. Also have noticed the cctv camera is back on our street (it get taken down n put elsewhere sometimes) so if it was pointing the right way they would have got him

sounds like a plan, barney said that straight away! shall we pinch him???? i just seen a another neighbour and told her, she knows this lads mum and apparently the pup is looked after well by her but her son is an arseh*le, and is always in trouble so she is gonna tell his mum who will more than likely kick him out

OMG thats sad beyond words, how the hell can you punch a pup in head because it's playing with you. I think I would have offered to buy it.
