What's your view???

It's been done a thousand times before, but I'd like to see the results of a poll, so here goes;

Whats your view on laws regarding keeping dogs on lead?

Dogs should have to be kept on a lead in all public parks.

or

A even split, some parks where dogs must be on a lead and some where dogs are allowed off the lead.

or

There should be no restrictions on dogs being off the lead so long as they are under control.

Please be honest

Re: What's your view???

if the dog is rightly trained and under control then dont see why not
in that case what about all the shootings going on with youngers why are they not controled them as seems they need more
breaking in places, burning cars, nicking cars, muggings, stabbings, shootings, rapings, and more list could go on and on.

Just to clarify, do you not think a dog can be under control off the lead?

Re: What's your view???

In an ideal world with well trained and managed dogs off leash is fine. This however isn't the norm so I guess it has to be on leash. I love to see a well trained dog at it's handlers side, but more often than not it's poorly trained ones that pull their handlers everywhere that get let off becuase it's easier for them.
