I believe - and would be interested in someone confirming for me! That dogs WERE docked slightly shorter then bitches! (I was told so that the bitches tail was left slightly longer to still cover her private parts)

I have not heard this but that would explain barney's tail being shorter than his sisters if it is true.

I'd also like to know too.

We had a rescue yellow lab thats crown jewels were bigger than well bigger than urs trully

I remember being at a dog show in most handsome dog and in front of us was a dane...dear lord I think they were bigger than my hand
