I got a quote with Healthy pets and it was quite cheap 22 quid for my dog and cat but does anyone know if its a life time cover?

oh i might have to try those then, Animal friends i have been told by a few people, that it is good, BUT they are slow at paying out....?

I got massive quotes from the following for a staffy and x2 cats:-

Asda,
tescos,
sainsbury,
morethan,
M&s
RSPCA
PDSA

All those have quotes over £50 per month (Just for my dog)

After reading on the net, why its so expensive to insure staffys i found a staffy rehoming center, that also does insurance, What i will do is try and find it again and post the link or name! Hope this help's!

Okay thanks yu! Yeah animal friends was quite cheap when i got a quote and they sounded quite good but ppl have said theyre really bad at paying out, but if you could find that one you was on about that would be a great.

Halifax are very good, will cover for life & will pay vet direct so no hassle with being out of pocket and trying to recover funds

I'm with Direct Line insurance - not the cheapest but they have been FANTASTIC with the numerous claims - 3 for Lulu and a whopping £4000 worth for Bert in his short 18 months! Excess is £80 which is about average I believe.

Good luck and DO insure - We'd have been bankrupt or had a very sad little Bert if we hadn't done it.
