Its people that have the dogs that are to blame, some people have dogs as a status symbol,( look at me im hard). They ought to be a law to leash a thug that sounds better to me.

i totally agree its not the breeds fault but in the case of rottweilers n etc i dont see it would hurt to clamp down on who owns them by breed specific rules to stop them getting into bad hands not to punish them

IMO it should be fight the ******* owner thugs not the breed.

yes and by making laws regarding each breed maybe it would stop these dogs falling into the wrong hands as much! Not demonise the breed protect it
