Hi all there are exceptions to the rule as far as such breeds are concerned ive just read an article on pet planets news letter about a rotty who allerted fire fighters to the location of his 19 year old owner who lay nocked out by the fire in his room , the dog stayed by the lads side inhaling the smoke that hsd already knocked out the lad out and on the arival of the fire brigade the dog let them know where he was and he was rescued .
