only a few more days until lily our pup comes home,and im begining to feel a little nervous(as well as really really excited) ,its been 5 years since we had a pup and am trying to get myself ready for a few sleepless nights ,and crossing my fingers that my other dog loves her as much as us,am i normal to feel nervous ?

It is absolutely normal to feel nervous
I was so worried when i bought Louie home as i had no idea what Sophie and Tilly would think of him, but he fitted in from day one.
The final days of waiting are always the worst, but they pass quicker than you think and before you know it you will be sat on the settee with a gorgeous bundle of fluff fast asleep on your lap.

I put my name down for one of Oscars litter when they were just 3 days old.

It was the longest 8 weeks of my life i think!!!! So exciting (and yes a bit nervous).

Am a total puppy bore now, so glad i found this forum, stops me driving everyone around me nuts and people can just ignore me on here if i am going on without causing offence.

Awww don't be nervous you'll be fine!! It can be a little sad taking them from their mummy (and breeder in my case, she bawled like a baby!) but once you get them home and they've had a little explore they're soon fast asleep re-energising for more puppy play

Thats so sweet you are surprising your son, I bet he'l be sooo excited to see her
