I agree it is not nice for animals to kill or animals but isn't only nature and its us who are braking mother natures laws of the land?
I think its the dogs owner who should get the bill for an animal that is to be slaughtered for human/animal consumption! Then he should be shot for not respecting the countryside and another person land, for being a bad person and not taking on the responsabitlys of being a DOG owner!
We should only shot the dog when we can the person who through the puppies in the canal too!?!
