Maybe he does just have sensitive feet then Rona - which I guess you suspect.

I was mega worried about one of mine once as they had been in used oil - up to their ankles in it - as they absorb through their pads I was franically trying to getr then clean as I was fearing all sorts of toxic poisioning

Hey, I just came across this post while I was googling to find out what is wrong with my dog. Did you manage to sort out you dog?what was wrong with him? My dog has started really chewing on his paws after I take him for a walk, I also walk him near a canal, we just moved so he is new to the area where he is being walked
