Re: dog insurance

I have heard some very bad things about tesco pet insurance, so it may be cheap but probably not worth it in the long run.

Re: dog insurance

I must admit. My vet said that they are difficult to deal with, but she obviously has them sussed as they have always paid out

Re: dog insurance

I looked at Tesco's cover, but thought that what it offered was poor.

In the end, I stayed with Direct Line - I made 2 claims with them for my last dog, in 5 or 6 years, and what they had paid out on was more than I paid in to them over that time, so it was more than worth having it.

I found claiming was very easy, and painless as well.

I'm currently paying about £22 a month for my pup.

That sounds right. Im probably going to go with M and S....for Pippin its £11.00 a month for the 'up to £7000 per illness' which I think is good. They are sending me booklets with all the info in, as net doesnt always download it for me! They sound good though, and apparently they cover for agility which a fair few of insurers dont do.
