No Offence but i think this is like having botox at a salon...it shouldn't be done or at least i would prefer to have it done at the vets. I don't know why - nothing to do with ppl that do it at home just a preference.

Like I said tho not meant to offend you.

Re: Microchip or not?

Im new here so hi everyone

i'd deff have any cat or dog microchipped, i work at the rspca and we get soo many animals in not microchipped and we can never trace the owners especially of cats, its so upsetting to see when you know the animals are blatently owned but are taken far from the area found to be placed into kennels and owners would never think of looking so far out of the area then they never get found, deffinatly best to get them chipped they hardly feel it in their scruff either

my vet charges £24 or at least that is what is was a year ago, i charge £18 or if you have 2 or more chipped its £15 each and its done in the dogs own home cos that is where they are more relaxed, so it is better for the dog as well as the owner

Re: Microchip or not?

Mine was only £7.50 by the rescue centre I got him from :-) Well worth much more I think, I'd pay any amount to ensure his safety
