Think I want a Labrador???

Have been having thoughts about getting a lab for several months now,its almost broodiness

Am not sure though if they are a little too big I have been thinking about getting another dog for ages but have been struggling to choose a breed, I dont want a toy breed but would like something small enough to sleep on my bed(and all i seem to be drawn towards are labs??)

Choices,choices lol

Re: Think I want a Labrador???

Spencer says a Labrador is perfectly able to fit in bed with a human. Rupert would have agreed, he wasn't a Lab but was slightly bigger than your average Lab.

Re: Think I want a Labrador???

aww labs are one of my faves too, my Cookie is a Lab cross but if you want a dog to sleep on your bed with you, consider getting a bigger bed

Re: Think I want a Labrador???

thing is I already have 2 collies and sometimes a child or two in/on the bed but I just cant stop looking at them and reading about them......I really want one! Oh well when little ones have nightmares they'll have to go back to their own beds to make room for a pupster lol

Lol...go for a lab.. they r lovely!! And I'm not ashamed to say it but they are great for cuching in to in bed this cold weather. My Roxy usually lies across my feet but is easily persuaded for a little spooning if its very cold. Not too keen on her snoring though.....

Re: Think I want a Labrador???

If you like mental, and 'eerrm no, I don't think I will listen to you thanks' and a dog that doesn't mature until 5 years (so I'm told by other lab owners) BUT you want a best mate a dog with total character and great memories (including the drama)

DEFFO GET A LAB

If you need anymore convincing, look below x
