Re: Think I want a Labrador???
you should definatly get a lab, and its a good thing you want it in your bed because even if you dont they wait until your asleep then like a ninja jump up and under the duvet, most morning a I wake up to find sophie snuggled under my duvet with her head on the pilow inspite of me sending her to her bed

Get a lab!
I lost my Lab in December (aged 7) from liver disease ![]() We are getting a black puppy in April and they are due to be born today! ![]() I very highly reccomend them - just make sure the parents are health tested ![]()

Re: Think I want a Labrador???
Scooter and Breeze recommend Labs!
![]() ![]() But be warned about: - HAIR. Everywhere. Don't bother wearing white near a black Lab or black near a yellow lab! - Tails. They hardly stop wagging and are more than capable of flooring toddlers, the elderly and anything on a coffee table. - Appetite. It's seemingly unquenchable and will lead to major attacks of puppy-dog eyes and under-the-table nudges. Unattended food may be consumed while still packaged! - Enthusiasm. An overjoyed Lab is a force to be reckoned with! - Boredom. It only takes 5 minutes for a 6month old puppy to rip up 3 square feet of lino... - Vast amounts of love. Forget about being able to go to the loo alone and forget about being able to see the TV, there'll be at least part of a Lab between it and you! But in all seriousness they're a great breed and come in a huge range of shapes and sizes so they may not be too big for you Scooter is 25" tall and 35kg, Breeze is 18" tall and 19kg.Definitely recommend speaking to Sleeping Lion and Swarthy on here for more comprehensive info about the breed and lines, but there's always someone online who owns a Lab. Good luck!
