Yes, he was only a puppy,, approx 15 weeks old.

Thrown in front of a car for no reason, then rejected by rescue centres for not being "financially viable"

Great pics of Oscar, I really loved the one with the cat. My dogs and cats get on well , even play a bit but never snuggle together like that..
