From the video the dogs are making activities for themselves to provide an outlet for their energy, they are a working breed for ratting or small game so have an urge to dig and a prey drive.

The dog on dog play is normal with most social dogs.

The licking is appeasement or the ear has an "interesting" smell, is it clean?
Not me being serious I'm afraid, but I do apprecieate the feedback none the less and Charlies ears are clean, but he smells like biscuits and an old attic. People have found it to be a very sweet, comforting smell! He's clean, but when I first got him, he stank! I don't know what the old owners did in regards to cleaning, but he really smelt! Not that they cared anyway.
