Tummel on his longline

Hi All

I got some pictures of Tummel out and about on his longline today, weather wasn't amazing but we spent 1.5 hours outside working on his recall and his sit/down stays

Enjoy

He was fine, his recall's still wonky and he gets a bit excited about the clicker but we had lots of fun anyway...he's conked out on the bed now

Re: Tummel on his longline

Naughty Mr Tummel face... still looks like he managed to have a great time and a good rummage/sniff about though ! Hopefully it will just take a bit of practice before he is back to his good old self. How did you find handling him on a long lone btw?

Lol it's a 10m longline so he had tons of room to run and play He's really good to handle on the longline, when he reaches the end i pretend to run away and he comes flying past, i'm hoping this will encourage recall

I'm sure in a few weeks he'll be back to his normal self but i'll maybe let him trail the line for a few weeks after just in case

Re: Tummel on his longline

Ahh what a lovely looking boy I was thinking of getting a longline for Cookie but wasn't sure what length but by going on what you said, looks like 10m will be perfect for recall practise ect

The 10m one is massive, so much longer than i imagined it to be and it can be retracted into a 5m longline too I'm chuffed with it as there's tons of room for Tummel to move around but i'm still in control
