With my evil weapons of water and shampoo!!!

Kenzie's going to her new groomer tomorrow morning, as she's been recommended by every Westie owner in the area. However, she doesn't wash the dogs, so asks that you do it the day before.

Unfortunately for me, Kenzie isn't a fan of baths! After some advice from people on here I tried showering her this time. It was easier to keep her in as I could just shut the door, but the result was much the same - her making a pitiful noise like she was being murdered and me ending up with scratches all over my body (note to self: wear boardshorts next time!). In the end she was on my lap while I tried to shampoo her and wash it off with one hand - not easy! Then she tried escaping up over my shoulder, giving me lovely scratches on my neck!

Anyway, we both survived and luckily my little girl doesn't hold grudges

Poor, poor Kenzie! Obviously mummy trying to murder her is gonna make the neighbours wonder

She does look very soggy and sorry for herself but after tomorrow it will be worth it

She is looking less than enthused in the pics. I can't wait to see her post-clipping pics
