The family and I went to visit Sleeping_Lion today.
I was a little bit nervous about my 3-year-old's reaction to 3 dogs which are pretty big and prepped her beforehand not to shout, scream, or do anything else inappropriate around SL's dogs. She is normally intimidated by big dogs, but not today. After some initial reservations, she got on with them like a house on fire. My 15-month-old was pretty pleased with them, too.

Hmm, Mum, this one looks bigger than Terence.

I'm chuckling away at some of these photos, my slippers! How granny are THEY?? And my hair, well, what can I say, I'm a crazy dog lady, and I'm afraid I have more time to spend making sure my dogs look good than me!

I love Tau's face with Anna brushing her, she is such a mummy's girl, she honestly didn't mind at all, but those eyes. And I love my matching nose to Rhuna's when she's sat on my knee, so THAT'S why I had a craving for a flatcoat?!

SL based on what Terencesmum has just said prepare yourself for a visitor.....my hubby is going to come and stay for a couple of weeks. If you can make health testing interesting I might get dog number 3 after all.....

Mind you I always thought he found all the raw feeding info quite boring but he can talk about it and sounds like he knows what he's talking about.

I tell you what, I was really surprised by Tau today, she's normally not that fussed with most visitors, particularly blokes, but she was all over Tom!

Maybe I've found my new vocation in life, persuading others OH's that *another* dog really isn't one too many, honest.......
