I've had the best day I've had in ages today

Managed to get showered and dressed properly (not done that in over a week)

Have eaten two meals today rather than nothing

Have got on top of the house stuff nearly... and....

Clover has had three walks today, two of them in the day light Went out with her 6:30 am for half hour, then again 10-11 am , and again 4PM for just over half hour. Gonna treat her to chicken for tea tonight. She can smell it cooking and is going mad lol

What an excellent day, may it be the first of many to come.
