Hi. Can anyone give us some sensible advice? We have a 14 week old Jack Russell puppy. Since we have brought her home (at 10 weeks), we have been giving her a farleys rusk every morning with some hot water. The reason is that she really loves them and we didn't think that 1 a day would be bad for her. We have had a couple of comments recently that she should only have her puppy food to eat as we are also feeding her Beta puppy complete and that this is all she needs. I know this is the truth but does anyone know if one rusk a day will have any adverse effects? She is a very active puppy and she gets lots of exercise and we do not give her any other titbits through the day as we do not want to encourage begging.
