The KC have launched a Health test search,
The Kennel Club
All you do is enter your dogs KC Reg number and it will bring up the tests your dog has had and the Parents to your dog.

I've just entered Tylers number and it brought up his tests,date and year.Along with his Sire and Dam.
Another good way to check breeders have done the required breed specific tests.
