just got

Jean Donaldson's The Culture Clash. im caught, i love the wayshe makes what can seem a dry and heavy subject seem so interesting,im not done with it yet (got it yesterday) but already amazed ....

I have read loads recently - I do get a bit worried about the number of books that still recommend punishment based training methods.

The ones I would thoroughly recommend are:
Karen Pryor - Don't shoot the dog
Jean Donaldson - The culture clash

I find I come back to these two again and again (and Karen Pryor's book is pretty useful for improving behaviour of family, colleagues and self, as well!)

Oh, and anything by Ian Dunbar, of course.

I thoroughly enjoyed Bones would rain from the sky, too. Wish I could remember who I lent it to!
