Re: best first collar for a puppy
Pets at home do a puppy collar and lead set. We got Peppa a plain red one nylon one which she is very comfortable with. It has no button holes but is a buckle so you just push the pin through

Re: best first collar for a puppy
When we had our first whippet Jasper we bought a little leather puppy collar. Jasper is now 11 years old and every whippet we have had since then has worn that collar at some point with the exception of the ones that came to us as older dogs although I seem to remember Bandit wearing. Even setter Zoe wore it when she first came to us.
The iggies haven't worn it as it was way too big for them and I don't suppose Tabitha and ??????? will wear it either for the same reason. Lily wore a cat collar until she started going for walks then we managed to get a tiny puppy collar for her. |
